eMI (Electronic Member Inquiry) is a Web based application that allows members to log in and view specific information pertaining to their benefits. The member information is made available via a secure and encrypted Internet connection to the FACTS benefits software used by the Plan Office. Please contact the Plan Office to obtain your USERID and PASSWORD to gain access to the application.
